International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague quietly acknowledged the innocence of former president of Serbia and Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic. Ten years after the very suspicious death of the Serbian leader in a Dutch prison, the 1,300th page of the 2,000-page document on the case of Radovan Karadzic, the Bosnian Serb leader, acknowledged that Milosevic had not committed crimes against humanity, nor had he organized any mass killings or deportations of Croats and Bosnians. In other words, it was an innocent man who died in a UN prison. French journalist Dimitri De Koshko was working in Yugoslavia at the time of Milosevic’s arrest. Koshko was closely following the parody of the trial in The Hague. In an interview with Pravda.Ru, Dimitri De Koshko talked about circumstances of the possible murder of the Serbian leader in prison.
Today, we are talking about the trial in The Hague that has seen its legal ending only now. Milosevic was posthumously and very quietly acquitted by the Tribunal.
I’m a journalist and I can not judge on the legal side of the case, but I can assure you that a whole sea of lies was created to destroy Milosevic. His name was stained in the era of the Dayton Accords, in 1995, during Bill Clinton’s presidency. The American administration used to have its own approach to the problem. The US used to be most interested in Bosnia-Herzegovina and the three main ethnic groups that had entered into civil strife there, namely the Croats, the Bosnians and the Serbs. The massacre that erupted in that region was especially brutal.
One can say that an entire ocean can be reflected in a drop of water. All elements of the Yugoslavian conflict could be found in the republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Milosevic was strongly opposed to the division of the territory.
Milosevic continued to insist on his position even when he was taken into custody for the trial in The Hague, where he died ten years ago. It should be noted that he died under very strange circumstances.
Without his knowledge, Milosevic was given a drug that neutralized the effect of the medicines against high blood pressure that the Serbian leader was taking. This is absurd, but the Dutch government refused to share details of Milosevic’s treatment. According to the data made available through Wikileaks, it turns out that the judges in The Hague were discussing details of Milosevic’s treatment with employees of the US Embassy in the Netherlands. This is a direct violation of medical confidentiality. It turns out that Milosevic did not know what medications he was taking in prison. All this is strange, to say the least.
Ten years ago, Milosevic was charged with genocide against Albanians. He refused to acknowledge that he was involved in the crime. According to the Court, 250,000 Albanians were killed in Kosovo. FBI agents and agents from other, so-called Western democracies, went to Kosovo to investigate. Those people found no traces of mass graves there. They did find the remains of Serbs and Roma tortured by the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army. The latter used to enjoy NATO’s full support at the time.
Let us not forget that all those terrible events began with the bombings of Yugoslavia, at NATO’ own initiative. It turns out that Milosevic had not succumbed to the provocations. When the judges failed to prove Milosevic’s guilt, they switched to Bosnia. I must say here that Milosevic’s position was very different from that of Karadzic. Milosevic’s entire life was very closely connected with the principles of the so-called “Yugoslav socialism.” He had been following those principles in Yugoslavia and in his native land, Serbia. At that time, Serbia was the only republic of the former Yugoslavia, where there was no ethnic cleansing. This comes contrary to what my dear colleagues from Western publications were saying.
Additionally, everyone ignores the fact that the Serbs were expelled from Krajina (Croatia) in a brutal way. I mean the crimes committed by pro-Croat Nazi gangs. By the way, they use the same techniques in the East of Ukraine now. It just so happens that the world will learn the truth about the current events in Ukraine in about a decade. The West, including Western media, used to be silent about Iraq and then about Libya. They did not say anything about the blatant crimes that were committed in Yugoslavia.
Milosevic was acquitted on the 1,303rd page of the document against former head of the Croatian Serbs, Radovan Karadzic. One needs to bear in mind the fact that the position of Milosevic was very different from that of Karadzic. Yet, the Western media was hysterically screaming about their common guilt. Western journalists used to call Milosevic another Hitler, but Milosevic had never built any form of dictatorship in his country. Yet, the journalists had to follow the mainstream, to build their careers. Independent journalists would be accused of working for Milosevic. Nowadays, they accuse us, independent journalists, of working for Putin.
We saw the hanging of Saddam Hussein and then the lynching of Muammar Gaddafi. It appears that the crimes that the West has committed during the last 10-15 years were part of the plan to destabilize the state of affairs in the world.”
We were all following the course of the USA. One should give then-French President Jacques Chirac credit for refusing to follow the Americans in Iraq. As for Gaddafi, he was a dictator, but he managed to reconcile different tribes in his country to ensure peaceful life for people.
Now the USA is obsessed with the idea to topple Bashar Assad, who is a member of the Alawite minority. Assad is the key to the rights of minorities in Syria, even though his rule does have certain dictatorial traits.
Now the West has to deal with refugees from Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, a whole region of central Africa and Afghanistan. These days, we can see the Western media demonizing Russia, just like they were demonizing Milosevic and Serbia.
BELGRADE – Serbia organized an exhibition of cultural and historical heritage of Kosovo and Metohija in Paris, the headquarters of UNESCO, to serve as a reminder to the West of how they let it be destroyed since the 2000s.
There is a lot of Serbian cultural heritage in Kosovo and Metohija. Now, Kosovo is an independent state, partially recognized by Western countries. But the world was shocked by anti-Serbian riots organized by Albanians during the Kosovo unrest in 2004. Many Serbian monuments were damaged in the chaos.
Albanian extremists living in Kosovo, since the 2000s, have continued to raid and damage Serbian ...

Kosovo has been a troublesome region of West Balkan for the last half millennium. The latest events, which have resulted in NATO occupation of the southern province of Serbia, marked the culmination of the violence that includes both domestic and international agencies.
Many authors have dealt with the Kosovo affair, but none of them endeavored to present a complete picture of the case. This book attempts to provide a broad and objective analysis of the problem from the historical, anthropological, political and sociological points of view. The emphasis is on the sociological side of the conflicts.

US foreign policy has nurtured Al Qaeda, a creation of the CIA for more than 35 years, with the support of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and Saudi Arabia’s infamous General Intelligence Presidency (GIP). Lest we forget Osama bin Laden was recruited in 1979 by the CIA at the outset of the Soviet- Afghan war.
A complex network of Al Qaeda affiliated terrorist organizations overseen by US and allied intelligence agencies has unfolded, extending across the Middle East, North Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia, Western China, South and South East Asia.

The 13th report of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights on the human rights situation in Ukraine between 16 November 2015 and 15 February 2016, when the Minsk Agreements were in force, has come as a shock to Kiev.
According to the UN, more than three million people live in the areas directly affected by the conflict. The exact number of people who have left Ukraine-controlled territory is still unknown, although rough estimates range from 800,000 to 1,000,000 people. The Ukrainian government has estimated that more than a million people have left southeast Ukraine for Russia, Belarus and Europe. This ...
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (and President Obama — and some NATO partners) did it previously to Libya, and here was the result (as discussed by the retired British career diplomat Craig Murray, at his craigmurray.org.uk, who has kindly allowed me to distribute it to other newsmedia) [and I as editor will add a few clarifiers and questions in brackets] (and then afterward, I shall add my own comments); so, here is Craig Murray:
This is the result of NATO bombing of Sirte to “enforce the no-fly zone” in Libya.

This article by Michel Collon was first published by Global Research in December 2003. It outlines with foresight the strategy of the US, through covert intelligence operations, of breaking up Iraq into a number of separate states. The unleashing of a civil war with a view to deliberately breaking up Iraq was part of the US war agenda from the outset.
They have found the solution! Divide Iraq into three mini-states and then pit them against one another. Does that remind you of something else? Oh, yes! It’s not the first time something like this happened….

A Serb from Bosnia, General Mladic, protected Muslims civilians and gave them buses, food and water for to leave fighting zones (as you can see). There was no genocide over Muslim population in Srebrenica like main stream media want you to believe – there was no genocide over Bosniaks because all Bosnian Muslims victims were jihad fighters who had been killed during fight (in war). Even the so called „tribunal“ in The Hague for ex-Yugoslavia admitted that there was no genocide!
Now, you can see here how djihadistes have treated the Serbian population – the content is very hard, not for ...
Eleven Years ago: 11 July 1995, The Srebrenica Massacre
First published by GR in February 2013.
Renowned author Dr. Edward Herman spoke with John Robles of the Voice of Russia regarding the facts surrounding the Srebrenica Massacre, the pretext for the “humanitarian” invasion of the former Yugoslavia, and takes apart the “official” ; version that has always been promoted by the West.
Dr. Herman reveals that there were in fact multiple massacres at Srebrenica, and that the killing of Bosnian-Muslim soldiers at Srebrenica (the West’s pretext) was in response to the killing of over 2,000 Serb civilians, mostly women and children, at ...
The US Agency for International Development (USAID) was created by Pax Americana to provide a cover for CIA agents under the pretext of helping the 3rd World. US Imperialism has to do some good or its potential targets would not open their doors to intelligence agents posing as do gooders, so USAID was created.
Today the USAID is headed by Gayle Smith, formerly the “Special Advisor” to President Barack Obama and Senior Director of the National Security Council. To put it simply, Gayle Smith is one of the top “spooks” in the USA, someone who told the CIA what to do.
When it comes to a few key indicators, Ireland, the UK, Canada and even Albania and Greece are surpassing America.
America is declining, in large and important measures, yet policymakers aren’t paying attention. So argues a new academic paper, pulling together previously published data.
America’s child poverty levels are worse than in any developed country anywhere, including Greece, devastated by a euro crisis, and eastern European nations such as Poland, Lithuania and Estonia.
Median adult wealth in the US ($39,000) is 27th globally, putting it behind Cyprus, Taiwan, and Ireland.
Even when “life satisfaction” is measured, America ranks #12, behind ...
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) concluded its annual conference late last month, triggering the usual debate in various alternative media outlets. Why does so much U.S. taxpayer money go to a small and not particularly useful client state that has a vibrant European-level economy and is already a regional military colossus?
Those who support the cash flow argue that Israel is threatened, most notably by Iran; they claim the assistance, which has been largely but not completely used to buy American-made weapons, is required to maintain a qualitative edge over the country's potential enemies. Those who oppose the aid ...
Тhe world is at a dangerous crossroads. The United States and its allies have launched a military adventure which threatens the future of humanity. Major military and covert intelligence operations are being undertaken simultaneously in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia and the Far East. The US-NATO military agenda combines both major theater operations as well as covert actions geared towards destabilizing sovereign states.
America’s hegemonic project is to destabilize and destroy countries through acts of war, covert operations in support of terrorist organizations, regime change and economic warfare. The latter includes the imposition of deadly macro-economic reforms ...

The International Criminal Court (ICC) was established to prosecute culpable individuals for crimes of war, against humanity and genocide.
Its mandate calls for “end(ing) impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern.”
US and Israeli officials are guilty of the highest of high crimes. Yet none of their officials ever were held accountable – not by their own courts or the ICC.
The international body operates on the principle of complementarity. It can only prosecute when governments won’t or can’t – even against officials of non ICC-member countries like America and Israel.

Twenty Principal Misconceptions about the Kosovo Issue
Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, published the list of his foreign policy advisers. One of them, claim the US media, is the worst choice possible.
The list of advisers is headed by Senator Jeff Sessions, and includes Keith Kellogg, Carter Page, George Papadopoulos, Walid Phares and Joseph E. Schmitz.
Phares is the former adviser to another presidential candidate, Mitt Romney.
Phares is described as a neo-conservative and “an academic who is involved in Christian militia wing of the civil war in Lebanon”.
US media deemed Phares as an inappropriate analyst of US foreign policy, while one of his statements that is being considered unfitting is regarding NATO’s bombing of Serbia ...
North Korea cheered this month when a man with a knife and a history of violent behavior slashed the face of Mark Lippert, the U.S. ambassador to South Korea. The attack in Seoul was “a knife shower of justice,” North Korea said, praising it as “deserved punishment for warmonger United States.”
If that sounds mean-spirited, consider this: For years, North Korea has taught schoolchildren to bayonet effigies of U.S. soldiers. Under its young dictator, Kim Jong Un, the government has suggested it was prepared to nuke Washington, Austin and Southern California. More than 40 years ago, Kim Il Sung, the “Great ...
