Well, once again, Israeli Prime Murderer Benjamin Netanyahu astounds. One would think that there must be some limit to the bizarre statements that issue from his mouth, but no, we learn again and again that he is willing to push the bizarreness envelope to places where, like the crew of Star Trek’s Enterprise, no one has ever before ventured.
His latest flight of fancy even seems to have astonished his worshipful U.S. government, which characterized his statements as ‘inappropriate and unhelpful’, harsh criticism indeed from that bastion of Israeli love. And what is it that Mr. Netanyahu has said? This writer hesitates to even put the words to paper, they are so incredible. As has been said, ‘you can’t make this stuff up’.
But here it is: He said that he has “always been perplexed by the notion” that the “Jewish community in Judea and Samaria [the Israeli name for the West Bank] is an obstacle for peace.”
So this has always perplexed the Prime Murderer. For years, through countless, meaningless negotiations, United Nations resolutions and international boycotts, he has been unable to understand why driving people from their homes, destroying those homes to build luxury residences for people who, by living there, are in violation of international law, is an obstacle for peace.
Yet the august Prime Murderer did not stop there. No, warming to his topic, he seemed to be on quite a roll, as he said this: “The Palestinian leadership actually demands a Palestinian state with one pre-condition: No Jews. There’s a phrase for that: It’s called ethnic cleansing.”
Elizabeth Trudeau, U.S. State Department spokesperson, said this: “We obviously strongly disagree with the characterization that those who oppose settlement activity or view it as an obstacle to peace are somehow calling for ethnic cleansing of Jews from the West Bank. We believe that using that type of terminology is inappropriate and unhelpful.” And, to indicate the extreme displeasure the U.S. feels about these statements, she further criticized the ‘dramatic escalation’ of the demolition of Palestinian homes, and said that such actions “raise real questions about Israel’s long-term intentions in the West Bank.”
Now, if anyone reading this has ‘real questions about Israel’s long-term intentions in the West Bank’, please raise your hand. This writer sees no hands raised, but assumes that Ms. Trudeau, President Barack Obama, and the odious candidates representing the Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dee parties, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, are not reading this essay. They may delude themselves, blinded as they are by the money thrown in their direction by AIPAC (Apartheid Israel Political Affairs Committee), that, up until now, Israel’s leaders had every intention of eventually vacating the West Bank. After all, they might say, look at all the evidence pointing in that very direction. Um, well, doesn’t the emperor have beautiful new clothes?
The uninitiated might believe that, with such blatant violations of international law and the basic human rights of millions of people, the U.S., that self-proclaimed leader of all that is good and just, would exert pressure on Israel to, in short, simply back off. After all, the U.S. sends that apartheid nation $4 billion annually, with absolutely no strings attached. Might the U.S. not, after all, attach a string or two? Perhaps saying that, if Israel wants to continue to receive the largess that the U.S. so willingly doles out, it needs to vacate the West Bank, withdraw to the internationally-accepted 1967 borders, and end the illegal blockade of the Gaza Strip. Is that really too much to ask? What real threat does Palestine, a nation with no army, navy or air force, present to a country with a powerful military machine, backed up by the most powerful?
Ah, but we are forgetting the ‘special’ relationship that the U.S. has with Israel. Yes, when millions upon millions of dollars pour into the campaign coffers of U.S. officials, each dollar of which, we should mention, has strings attached, demanding Congressional votes in whatever way Israel dictates, the relationship between the two countries is, indeed, ‘special’. International law? Not worth considering, if it’s inconvenient. Human rights for the Palestinians? Bah! Who are they? Where is their wealthy lobby?
So as Mr. Netanyahu decries what he somehow sees as Palestinian demands for a West Bank free of Jews, he drives Palestinians out of the West Bank, to build homes exclusively for Jews. While he wonders why illegal settlement activity is an obstacle to peace, more people around the world condemn it. One might think that he is trying to make it appear that, like one’s own back yard, where one can dismantle an old tool shed to build a fancy two-car garage, he is simply removing unnecessary structures on Israeli land, to build new ones. A more apt analogy might be if this writer decided the build a new, two-car garage in his next door neighbor’s back yard. As soon as the bulldozer arrived to demolish the one-car garage that is currently standing there, the police would be called, destruction prevented, and this writer would be hauled away.
But, sadly for the Prime Murderer, his particular fairy story has run out of the gold dust of credibility. No longer do people barely hear some obscure news item about Palestinian homes being demolished to make way for illegal settlements, and then listen intently to the latest, really interesting news about the Kardashians. No, more and more people are turning to social media and getting the facts, seeing the faces of suffering men, women and children, and recognizing the unspeakable injustice that is apartheid Israel.
For the past eight years, President Obama, who is said to detest Mr. Netanyahu, could certainly have made significant changes that would have elevated human rights and international law to the level of priority and significance they deserve. He did nothing. And with either Mrs. Clinton or Mr. Trump poised to move into 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in January, one can have little hope for change from that quarter.
But the will of the people can only be thwarted for so long. The U.S. stood in isolation for years in its support of apartheid South Africa, and is increasingly isolated in its complete toeing of the Israeli party line. Boycotts and resolutions, strengthening all the time with each new Israeli-perpetrated horror, will succeed, despite all efforts to outlaw them.
Time is running out for apartheid Israel, as it ran out for apartheid South Africa. The sooner Israel and the U.S. wake up to that fact, the sooner peace will come to the Middle East. And while peace there isn’t the goal of either rogue nation, they will have to face the inevitable.

PrefaceIn order to appreciate the situation and events leading to the bloody destruction of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (the SFRY), or better to say Titoslavia, in 1991−1995 followed by the Kosovo War in 1998−1999 and NATO aggression on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), it has to be made an overview of the general situation in the SFRY after the death of Josip Broz Tito (1892−1980).[1] It is assumed that the post-Tito’s leaders of Croatia (Franjo Tuđman), Bosnia-Herzegovina (Alija Izetbegović), and Serbia (Slobodan Milošević) who won elections in their republics in 1990 mostly personally contributed to ...
All of the Balkans, legendary German Reichskanzler (Imperial Chancellor) Otto von Bismarck famously said, were not worth the bones of a single Pomeranian grenadier. And Bismarck, a Prussian landowner or junker had nothing but amused contempt for Pomeranian grenadiers who were regarded as a standing joke in the German Army.In 1890, brash, young new German Emperor Wilhelm II fired Bismarck after 28 years as minister-president of Prussia and then first Imperial Chancellor of Germany. He abandoned the priority policy of maintaining warm ties and close communications with Russia that Bismarck had always followed and scrapped the Dreikaiserbund, the League of ...
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (and President Obama — and some NATO partners) did it previously to Libya, and here was the result (as discussed by the retired British career diplomat Craig Murray, at his craigmurray.org.uk, who has kindly allowed me to distribute it to other newsmedia) [and I as editor will add a few clarifiers and questions in brackets] (and then afterward, I shall add my own comments); so, here is Craig Murray:This is the result of NATO bombing of Sirte to “enforce the no-fly zone” in Libya. When the neo-cons in the UK parliament and the serial warmonger Hillary Clinton call for a ...
Antisemitism needs an excuse and Netanyahu sadly provides it every day on the Israeli- Gaza border. His heavily armed snipers have gratuitously killed over 200 unarmed Palestinians at the March of Return protest and injured over 10,000 at the border since 30 March 2018 in a sickening exhibition of state sponsored violence that has brought death and disability to those actively, and largely legitimately, demonstrating for return of their land and property. You cannot deprive 2m of their human rights, enshrined in international law, without consequences. Israel is not an island in the sky and the dispossessed Palestinian people are very ...
In years before 2014, the Afghan think tanks would opine that the US may wind down Afghanistan’s conflict through the end of this year, inferring that the goal of founding the nine large military bases across the country is almost accomplished. Many would delightfully say that Afghanistan is phasing into a new chapter with the flames of war quelled as the US government insisted on troop withdrawal.Entrenching military headquarters in strangers’ territories has no excuse or legal ground under any circumstances. The Afghan nation would cast aside objection to this permanent military foothold thanks in most part to the bitter ...

The US sanctions against Venezuela, signed into law by President Barack Obama on December 18, 2014, resulted from charges of protestors’ rights being violated by the socialist government of President Nicolás Maduro. The sanctions allow the Obama administration to deny visas and freeze the assets of Venezuelan officials accused of violating the rights of anti-government groups. These groups, comprised mainly of the right-wing opposition, have been leading violent protests in Caracas since last February. US leaders blame the Venezuelan leadership, headed by the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, for the deaths of 43 people during such demonstrations, which included both government ...
For the approximately 200 Canadian military trainers currently deployed to Ukraine, it is likely that on the first of January they would have witnessed a torch lit procession. Throughout Kiev and numerous other towns in Western Ukraine, thousands of civilians took to the streets – not to usher in the New Year – but to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the birth of a man named Stepan Bandera. This was not the first time Ukrainian nationalists marched with torches to celebrate Bandera’s birthday, but it was the first time such a spectacle was an officially sanctioned affair. On December 28, 2018, Ukrainian ...
Throughout its long history, the Catholic Church has been rocked by scandals ranging from the dissolution of the Knights Templar to Galileo’s trial to Mother Theresa’s questionable donors. Over the course of the 20th century, many more scandals have come to light—no matter how much the Church would like to keep them secret.10. The Duplessis OrphansIn the 1930s and 1940s, a conservative revolution ushered in an era in Quebec now known as “The Great Darkness.” Led by Premier Maurice Duplessis, the period was characterized by unprecedented corruption and repression, much of which involved the Catholic Church. Political discourse of American mass media is inundated with another wave of Russophobia and fear mongering. Besides the obvious military threat (Russia’s nuclear arsenal), or the challenges to the US foreign policy (the conflicts in Ukraine or Syria), a new fear has been introduced into the news: the US political system is endangered by Russia’s computer hacking, informational warfare, and its support of Donald Trump. The newspaper titles sound like a commercial for the upcoming Invasion of the Body Snatchers sequel. The Washingon Post announces: “Russia Is Now a Threat. The US Should Treat It Like One.” Time magazine raises the ...
Introduction: The Missing LinkWhy did the US support the separatist and terrorist so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA, or UCK in Shqip), which sought to create an ethnically pure Albanian Kosovo based on ethnicity? Why did the US sponsor a criminal and illegal separatist movement that sought to ethnically cleanse non-Albanians and create an independent state of Kosova? Why was the US supporting and sponsoring the re-establishment of a fascist-Nazi Greater Albania that Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini had initially created? When did the US begin to play a role in Kosovo? Did the US role in Kosovo begin with the arming ...
In regard to international relations (IR), power is understood as the ability of state or other political actors to impose its own control or influence over other state(s) or other political actors, or at least to influence the outcome of events on the local, regional or global level. Power politics as a phenomena has two dimensions: internal and external. The internal dimension is applied in the inner policy of the state and the external in the foreign affairs or outside of the home politics. The powerfulness of a state depends on its real independence or sovereignty from outside influence on ...
The new Serbian Warsaw Ghetto in the occupied Serbian land of KosovoIn Kosovo, in 1999, NATO orchestrated KLA terrorism to cause a cycle of attacks and repression which was used to justify military intervention under the pretext of protecting the civilian population. The historical background of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict goes back to 1917 (the Balfour Declaration) and the establishment of the British protectorate over Palestine (the Palestine Mandate) after WWI with its provision for a national home for the Jews, although formally not to be at the expense of the local inhabitants – the Palestinians. Nevertheless, it became in practice the focal problem to keep an appropriate balance between these stipulations to be acceptable to both sides – the Jews and the Palestinians. The people and the land Since the time of the Enlightenment followed by Romanticism, in Western Europe emerged a new trend ...

Twenty-first century slave markets. Human beings sold for a few hundred dollars. Massive protests throughout the world. The American and British media have awakened to the grim reality in Libya, where African refugees are for sale in open-air slave markets. Yet a crucial detail in this scandal has been downplayed or even ignored in many corporate media reports: the role of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in bringing slavery to the North African nation. In March 2011, NATO launched a war in Libya expressly aimed at toppling the government of longtime leader Muammar Qadhafi. The US and its allies flew some 26,000 sorties ...
This past weekend saw Russians parading in celebration of the anniversary of their costly victory over Nazi Germany. Millions marched throughout Russia, holding photographs of their fallen family members in bittersweet remembrance. To this archival research peoples historian’s knowledge there was no public reminder that Hitler’s armed forces were built up by the West in open violation of the Versailles Treaty’s prohibitions in expectation of Hitler fulfilling his threats to invade the Soviet Union. There is simply no way impoverished Nazi Germany could have on its own built its Armed Forces up to number one military in the world during the ...
The corporate media presents Russia as militaristic but ignores Canada’s invasion of that country.100 years ago today a popular revolt ousted the Russian monarchy. Enraged at Nicholas II’s brutality and the horror of World War I, protests and strikes swept the capital of Petrograd (Saint Petersburg). Within a week the czar abdicated. Later in the year the Bolsheviks rose to power in large part by committing to withdraw from the war.The English, French and US responded to the Bolshevik’s rise by supporting the Russian monarchists (the whites) in their fight to maintain power. Six thousand Canadian troops also invaded. According ...
Over the past 50 years the US and European powers have engaged in countless imperial wars throughout the world. The drive for world supremacy has been clothed in the rhetoric of “world leadership”, the consequences have been devastating for the peoples targeted. The ideology which informs imperialism varies from “anti-communism”in the past to “anti-terrorism”today.Washington’s drive for world domination has used and combined many forms of warfare, including military invasions and occupations; proxy ...
Clear and convincing evidence will be presented here that, under U.S. President Barack Obama, the U.S. Government had a detailed plan, which was already active in June 2013, to take over Russia's main naval base, which is in Sevastopol in Crimea, and to turn it into a U.S. naval base. There can now be no question that the war in Ukraine started, and resulted from, the U.S. Government's plan to take over all of Ukraine, and especially to take over that Russian naval base, in Crimea, which then was in Ukraine. The war in Ukraine didn't start at the time when ...
